We are delighted to serve you and ensure a smooth shopping experience. To avoid any inconvenience, please review the following before placing an order:

✅ Ensure your commitment to receiving the order upon delivery.
✅ Make sure you are available when the shipping agent contacts you.
✅ If you are unsure about your order, we recommend postponing it to avoid unnecessary returns.

Our products, especially imported Turkish items, are in high demand with limited stock. To maintain quality and customer satisfaction, we follow strict shipping and return policies.

1. Order Confirmation

📌 After checkout:

• You will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Please check your inbox or spam folder.
• Our customer service team will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm your order details. Ensure your WhatsApp number is correct.
• If the order is not confirmed within 24 hours, it will be automatically confirmed and shipped for fast delivery.

2. Delivery Details

🚚 Shipping Time:

• Orders are processed on the next working day after confirmation (excluding weekends & public holidays).
• Maximum delivery time: 7 working days after order confirmation.

📦 Packaging & Handling:

• All products are packed in a sealed transparent bag. You can view the product without opening it.
• If the seal is broken, the return will not be accepted.

💰 Shipping Fees:

• Delivery fees depend on your location. Check our Shipping Rates for details.
• If the checkout address does not match the actual location, shipping fees will be adjusted.

📲 Tracking & Updates:

• Once the order is shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp notification with tracking details.

⚠ Return Policy:

• Many products are not refundable or exchangeable according to the Consumer Protection Law and Asrary's policy. Please check our Return & Exchange Policy for details.

💳 COD Payment Requirement:

• The full COD amount must be paid to the delivery agent before receiving the package.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To reduce order cancellations and ensure smooth delivery, the following COD conditions apply:

3.1 COD Deposit Requirement

For COD orders, a down payment (deposit) is required before shipping based on the order total:

• • The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of order confirmation, or the order will be canceled.
  • Once the deposit is received, the order will be prepared and shipped.

3.2 COD Order Inspection & Package Opening Policy

🔎 COD orders are NOT eligible for package opening before payment.

• • With deposit: You may inspect the package without breaking the sealed transparent bag.
  • Without deposit: Package opening is NOT allowed before payment.
  • If the seal is broken, the order is considered accepted and cannot be returned.
  • Partial returns are NOT allowed for COD orders.

3.3 COD Order Cancellation & Non-Acceptance Policy

• • If the customer refuses the order upon delivery, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • If the customer is unreachable after three delivery attempts, the order will be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
  • Repeated refusals or cancellations may result in account suspension and restrictions on future COD orders.

3.4 How to Pay Your COD Deposit

💳 We offer multiple payment methods for your deposit:

• • Vodafone Cash
  • Fawry (via payment link)
  • InstaPay (direct bank transfer)
  • Credit/Debit card via secure payment link

📌 After payment, send us a WhatsApp confirmation with the transaction receipt.

4. Prepaid Orders Policy

For customers who pay online or before shipping via credit card, debit card, or other payments options, the following conditions apply:

✅ Faster Processing: Prepaid orders are given priority in shipping and delivery.
✅ Package Opening Allowed: Customers can inspect the products before confirming receipt, as long as the seal is not broken.
✅ Returns & Exchanges Available: Eligible products can be returned or exchanged according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
✅ Delivery Timeline: Prepaid orders follow the same estimated delivery timeline, which depends on your city and location.

📌 Important Notes:

• If a prepaid order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be issued.
• If a prepaid order is canceled after shipping, shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
• If a prepaid order is refused upon delivery, refund processing may take up to 7 business days after verifying the return.
• Return fees of 75 EGP per item will be deducted from the refunded amount if the returned product is not in its original condition or if the seal is broken.

5. Returns & Refunds Policy

📌 General Return Conditions:

• Returns & exchanges are NOT allowed unless the product is eligible under our Return & Exchange Policy.
• Partial returns are NOT allowed for COD orders.
• If a return is approved, the return shipping cost + deposit deduction fee will apply.
