Return & Exchange Policy

As we specialize in personal women’s products, including underwear, lingerie, shapewear, and Turkish products, exchanges are only accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect that affects the product’s appearance or functionality after opening the package.

Size Selection Responsibility

Selecting the correct size is the customer’s responsibility. To assist you:

  • Each product page includes detailed size charts and measurements to help you choose the right fit.
  • After placing your order, our customer care team will confirm your order via WhatsApp, allowing you to review your selected sizes before finalizing your purchase.
  • If you’re unsure about your size, our team is available via WhatsApp or Messenger to provide guidance before completing your order.

Manufacturing Defects & Exchanges

A product can only be exchanged if:

  • It has a manufacturing defect that affects its appearance or functionality.
  • It does not match the description on our website or differs from what was ordered.

To request an exchange:

  1. Report the defect on the same day of delivery by contacting our customer service team.
  2. Send clear images of the defect along with the product packaging.
  3. If approved, the exchange will be processed at no additional cost to you.

Note: Our quality control team thoroughly inspects every product before packaging to ensure it is free from defects.

Return Policy & Fees

  • Returns are only accepted if the package remains sealed unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Pre-paid orders will be refunded through the same payment method, after deducting shipping.
  • For Pre-paid orders a return fees of 75 EGP per item will be deducted from the refunded amount if the returned product is not in its original condition or if the seal is broken.
  • Deposit for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders in case of returning the order during delivery, the deposit is not-refundable if the returned product is not in its original condition or if the seal is broken
  • In case of returning the order, shipping fees amount according to the attached slip or invoice should be paid to the shipping agent.
